Superior Plus Wills
Your Wills, checked by our team, printed on high quality paper, securely bound with tamperproof rivets and posted to you via RM 1st class post!
If you select our "Superior Plus" Will package in addition to the benefits provided by the "Premier" or "Superior" packages, we will professionally print your Will(s) on high quality paper and securely bind the document with "tamper proof" rivets. As with the "Superior" Will package, prior to printing one of our team will check the document thoroughly to ensure that that you have made no mistakes and that what you want to happen after your death will happen. Should we find any areas of doubt or uncertainty during the checking process, or any items that cause us concern, one of our team will contact you to clarify your wishes.
We will then post your Will to you direct via RM 1st Class Recorded delivery for you to sign, date and have witnessed.
Your Will is not valid until it has been properly "attested". This is the process of signing, dating and having your signature correctly witnessed.
With our "Superior Plus" Will package, we invite you to return your Will(s) to us after signing and witnessing for a FREE attestation check. One of our team will check that the document has been correctly attested and that your Will is valid.
Your Wills should always be stored in a safe place where your Executors know where to find the document in the event of your death. It is very easy for Wills to get lost or damaged (and potentially invalidated.) Worse stiil, should you decide to store them at your home, your Will could even be read inappropriately by a family member without your knowledge. With this in mind, with the "Superior Plus" Will package, we will store your Will(s) FREE of charge in our secure storage facility for 12 months (renewable annually thereafter).
