Lasting Powers of Attorney

Our fees cover preparing your LPA documents. The Office of the Public Guardian also charges a registration fee of £92 for each LPA, which is paid directly to them – you may pay half or nothing at all if you are on a low income or receive certain benefits. Find out more.
